We are essentially a mobile bartending service, but a whole lot cuter! Our donkeys pack coolers with your choice of beverage and are led by a certified bartender around your venue, handing out drinks and making guests laugh!
Yes, we are fully insured and all staff are ServSafe trained and certified!
To book Bayfront Beverage Burros for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule a consultation and discuss your needs and vision for the event. If you choose to make a reservation with us, a 50% non refundable deposit will be due at that time. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your event date.
Yes! we love creating custom looks to match your vision and style! Whether you want a tropical beach party with a tiki style burro or a vintage-inspired wedding with formal dress and florals, we can bring your ideas to life!
We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more! Our burros are well trained, clean, and professional, but we always recommend contacting your venue beforehand to notify them of all the vendors you will be supplying. We are always available to take any questions/concerns your venue may have, but we have yet to encounter an issue we have not been able to solve!
Yes! Our burros are acclimated to being indoors, and are outfitted so that there are no messes to speak of, indoors or out! As long as it is wheelchair accessible and maneuverable (and ok with your venue) it is also donkey accessible!
We provide services to all of Florida! A travel fee may be applicable for anywhere in excess of 50 miles away.
We are considered a “dry hire”, and as such we are unable to make alcohol sales. We ask that the client supply anything they would like us to distribute, leaving more room for creativity on your end, as we are not restricted in what we can carry! Drinks, food, party favors, promotional items, florals, we can carry it all!
You can expect open communication leading up to the event regarding your schedule and needs as well as dress code/colors/theme. We will even walk through The venue with you to get a better idea of what you need from us! We will contact the venue regarding location of ice/beverages and will arrive 45 minutes prior to the start time to prepare our interchangeable cooler bins and make sure we look our sharpest! During your event we will be serving and entertaining guests, with short breaks to replace bins. At the end of service, all excess drinks will be returned to you before we depart.
